Use Windows Azure Backup to Cloud Backup your Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1

Windows Azure Backup can help you protect important server data offsite to Windows Azure, where they are available for easy data restoration. Windows Azure Backup supports backup and restore of Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, Windows Server 2012 Essential and Windows Server 2012. In addition it provides an integrated experience with Data Protection Manager (DPM) in System Center 2012 SP1.

Backup Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 Virtual Machines and Files & Folders

You can protect Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 files and folders using Windows Azure Backup standalone install or through the integrated System Center Data Protection Manager 2012 SP1 experience. The Windows Azure Backup agent communicates to Windows Azure in a secure manner to backup the files and folders from server. The agent encrypts the backup data on premise before uploading and storing it offsite on cloud. Using the integrated experience in System Center Data Protection Manager 2012 SP1, you can backup also Windows Server 2008 R2 Virtual Machines in addition to files and folders.
