At Tech Mahindra, we strive to provide innovative and valuable solutions and services for the telecom industry which is why we’re excited to announce our new Dynamics CRM lab in Noida, India, in partnership with Microsoft. This joint venture will enable telecoms to better understand the needs of their customers, and subsequently, serve those customers better by having a closer relationship with subscribers, driving cost efficiencies and achieving higher levels of profitability in a highly competitive environment. We hope this lab, the first of its kind in India, will help telecom companies across the globe with their customer relationship management needs.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a Customer Relationship Management solution that provides the tools and capabilities needed to create and maintain profiles of customers, from first contact through to purchase and then post-sales. With Tech Mahindra’s dedicated telecom practice and experience applied to Dynamics CRM; this initiative is set to help deliver a fast, flexible, and affordable solution for clients in this sector.

Customer relationships are different for every service provider, so CRM solutions should not be cookie-cutter. The Dynamics CRM lab will provide customizable offerings for telecom service providers, based on their specific needs. Live demonstrations will show telecoms how Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions can be customized to fit their company, whether they are a small provider or an enterprise level company. No matter their size or specific needs, we can help telecoms set up a cost-effective and efficient CRM solution.

Additionally, the lab will offer valuable insight into the needs of the telecom industry.  This includes providing a a training ecosystem that will create a resource pool for future requirements and a product incubation center. We are excited to meet the needs of telecom providers and to make adjustments to the CRM offerings based on feedback and the changing requirements of the industry. We look forward to working with Microsoft to help shape the future of CRM for the telecom industry.
