System Center Service Manager 2010 透過整合平台的力量降低了成本，也改善了 IT人員的回應速度。Service Manager 利用適合處理事件、解決問題、變更控制及其設定管理資料庫的內建程序和工作流程，協調活動並連接來自 System Center Operations Manager、System Center Configuration Manager 和 Active Directory 的知識。System Center Service Manager 2010 已於 2009年10月6日開放下載 Beta 2 版本，歡迎大家下載試用。
