Configuration Manager と Endpoint Protection における Windows 8.1 / Windows Server 2012 R2 のサポートについて

日本時間で 10 月 17 日の午後 8 時よりリリースが予定されている Windows 8.1 / Windows Server 2012 R2 について、System Center Configuration Manager 2007 (以下 SCCM 2007)、および System Center 2012 Configuration Manager (以下 SCCM 2012) における、サポート状況に関する最新情報をご紹介いたします。また、SCCM から System Center 2012 Endpoint Protection (以下 SCEP) や Forefront Endpoint Protection 2010 (以下 FEP) の管理を行っている場合のサポート状況も記載しますので、後半の項目をご確認ください。

Windows 8.1 / Windows Server 2012 R2 がサポートされる Configuration Manager のバージョンを教えてください。
A.
SCCM 2007 SP2 (SP2 R2、SP2 R3 含む)、SCCM 2012 SP1、SCCM 2012 R2 において、Windows 8.1 / Windows Server 2012 R2 がサポートされます。これらのサポートや必要な更新については、System Center 2012 R2 のリリースと同時期に利用可能となります。
System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager (SCCM 2012 R2) :
サイト サーバー、サイト システムにおいて、次のオペレーティング システムが新たにサポートされます。
・Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard
・Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter
クライアントにおいて、次のオペレーティング システムが新たにサポートされます。
・Windows 8.1 Pro
・Windows 8.1 Enterprise
・Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard
・Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter
System Center 2012 Configuration Manager Service Pack 1 (SCCM 2012 SP1) :
SCCM 2012 SP1 CU3 より、クライアントにおいて、次のオペレーティング システムが新たにサポートされます。
・Windows 8.1 Pro
・Windows 8.1 Enterprise
・Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard
・Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter
注: これらのオペレーティング システムで、配布ポイントを構築することも可能です。
サイト サーバー、サイト システムにおいて、次のオペレーティング システムが新たにサポートされます。
・Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard
・Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter
注: SCCM 2012 SP1 CU3 における Windows 8.1/ Windows Server 2012 R2 の OS 展開については、一部制限があります。これは、SCCM 2012 SP1 において、Windows 8.1 用の Windows ADK はサポートされていないためです。しかしながら、Windows PE 5.0 のブート イメージをインポートすることで、標準的なキャプチャーや展開方法 (PXE ブート、起動メディア、スタンドアロン メディアなど) の利用についてはサポートされます。一方、OS イメージやブート イメージに更新プログラムを適用するといった Windows 8.1 用の Windows ADK が必要とされるメンテナンスのアクションはサポートされません。これらのアクションは、Windows 8.1 用 Windows ADK がインストールされたコンピューターにて、オフラインで実行する必要があります。これらのアクションを実施するために必要な手順については、追加情報にてご案内する予定です。(※)

・Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter
Windows 8.1 / Windows Server 2012 R2 に対応するための SCCM 2007 SP2 用の修正プログラムは、以下の URL よりダウンロードできます。
更新プログラムが利用可能なシステム センターの構成マネージャー 2007 Service Pack 2 を Windows 8.1 および Windows Server 2012 の R2 のサポートを追加します。 https://support.microsoft.com/kb/2861663
今回の変更は、ソフトウェアの配布、ソフトウェアの更新、必要な構成管理機能におけるプラットフォームの一覧に Windows 8.1 / Windows Server 2012 R2 を追加する修正となります。
そのため、適用対象は、サイト サーバー、及び管理コンソールがインストールされたコンピューターとなります。(KB2861663 にはクライアントに配布が必要な修正プログラムはありません。但し、Windows 8 / Windows Server 2012 を管理するための修正プログラム KB2750782 にはクライアント用の修正プログラム (Sccm2007ac-sp2-kb2698619-x86-enu.msp) が含まれております。Windows 8 / 8.1, Windows Server 2012 / 2012 R2 を管理する場合は、サーバー側への KB2750782 の適用とクライアント用の修正プログラムの配布も合わせて実施してください。)
注: SCCM 2007 の OS 展開機能を利用したこれらのオペレーティング システムの展開についてはサポート予定はありません。また、サイト サーバー、サイト システムにおいて、Windows Server 2012 R2 のすべてのバージョンがサポートされません。
