Over on the Microsoft Security Response Center blog they posted the updates included in the October release that came out today so if you’re wanting to stay on top of what’s new then you you’ll want to check out their post here.
Other topics discussed include the official release of the Microsoft active Protections Program (MAPP) and the Exploitability Index. MAPP is a program created to help security software providers in the effort to protect customers before a security update is available and the Exploitability Index is way to provide more information to aid customers in their risk management process.
