@Marco_Vezzoli In our setup, the Surface Hub 2S also runs with a Surface
Hub 3 Pack. Autoframing on the Smartcam works properly.The MS support

Can we register as partners to get access to all of the tenants that we
manage via GDAP?We sell and manage the Surfaces but have a gap in our
ability to monitor the warranty status of the fleet. This would be
extremely helpful (if not crucial) to our success as a Microsoft partner

that this behavior is noted with the Surface Hub 2 in MTR-W, but not on
the Surface Hub 3. In our case, we are using a Surface Hub 2S with the
Microsoft Surface Hub 3 pack installed. Could this setup be influencing

@Marco_Vezzoli This behavior does not occur on the Surface Hub 3, but on
the Surface Hub 2 with MTR-W.I recommend opening a support case with
