I'm looking forward to debating LINUX and OpenSource Security with the community at LUGRadio this weekend

If you're into Open Source and or LINUX and plan to be in the UK this weekend perhaps you'd enjoy LURadio Live 2006. There's sure to be plenty of lively debate and if last year's event is anything to go by there are likely to be in excess of six hundred delegates. It's a "no suits" tough talking techie gathering that I'm really looking forward to.

This may seem like a strange post from me bearing in mind that I work for Microsoft but I love meeting people with different views and debating how to make computing safer and more productive for everyone.

The organisers have kindly invited me to speak and I plan to share ideas upon securely integrating Microsoft clients and servers into a mixed LINUX environment.

Do come and say "hi" if you're able to make it along to the gathering.

Tickets can be purchased in advance for just £5 (or you can pay on the door) - I particularly like the option to qualify for a concessionary ticket (for £3) IF YOU have a real OR AMUSING REASON for a consession.

We're meeting at the Wolverhampton University Students' Union on Saturday 22nd and 23rd July.
