Session 1: Implementing Network and Perimeter Security

This session shows you how to apply best practices to implement perimeter and network defences and discusses how to protect wireless networks with encryption and password authentication protocols and segmenting the network using IPSec. We also cover the use of hardware and software firewalls for network and application filtering.

Session 2: Windows Server 2003 SP1 Technical Overview

Designed to increase security, reliability and productivity, SP1 dramatically improves security for Windows Server 2003, by reducing the attack surface and bolstering its security. This session will include a demonstration of the Security Configuration Wizard.
