BlogCast showing how to run as a non-privileged user in XP SP2

Finally I've recorded my first BlogCast having followed the excellent instructions from www.blogcastrepository.com.

It's only a short recording but it shows how to create a non-privileged account in Windows XP Service Pack 2 and how to convert an existing account to one which has low privilege.
