What have I learned?

Day One

  • Some cool first looks at Windows Live. Cool stuff coming! Watch for more seamless integration between your desktops and mobile devices.
  • Great new photo and video sharing feaures in Photo Gallery and Windows Messenger.
  • Windows 7 on SSDs. Wow…boot times rock!
  • Direct X 11 in Windows 7
  • Next rev of Windows Movie maker coming soon. Watched a head to head demo against iMovie. Movie Maker is back!

Day Two

  • RTM for Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 (more details here)
  • Got to see live demos of the new Zune and project Natal in action

Awesome two days. Looking forward to much more!
