New Private Cloud Learning Opportunities for IT Professionals

Following Microsoft’s global webcast and associated System Center 2012 announcements, Microsoft is offering IT professionals opportunities and resources to aid in their journey toward adopting private cloud solutions.

The Microsoft Virtual Academy provides a course on configuring and deploying Microsoft's private cloud for IT Pros looking to learn new skills or enhance existing ones for private cloud computing.  This course gives an overview of Microsoft’s vision for cloud computing from the business perspective to the technical level, and will introduce all elements of building a Microsoft private cloud.  Like all Microsoft Virtual Academy courses, it’s a free online course, allowing users to study the contents at any time at their own pace.

Additionally, IT Pros can register for the “Creating and Managing a Private Cloud with System Center 2012 Jump Start”, a fast-paced, demo-rich, 2-day live virtual learning experience taught by Microsoft experts. This program is also offered free to IT Professionals.

Lastly, IT Pros can showcase their expertise with a Microsoft Private Cloud Certification from Microsoft Learning, which demonstrates knowledge and skills in managing and implementing Microsoft private cloud computing technologies.  To get started, customers can simply sign up for a classroom or e-learning training course and register to take the necessary exams.
