Today, Microsoft Services announced an enhanced Premier Mission Critical add-on for customers running business critical solutions on the Microsoft platform.  The new version of Premier Mission Critical is designed to help customers achieve business continuity by providing a solution validation and architectural review, proactive services, remediation, problem resolution and knowledge transfer in addition to the fastest response times and expedited problem resolution support available from Microsoft.
