Intermittent Issues with Visual Studio Gallery Extension Services - 11/17 Mitigated

This issue is mitigated now and traced to one web server. DevOps has collected enough telemetry to do more analysis before recycling the server which mitigated the issue.

We are currently experiencing intermittent timeout to Visual Studio Gallery Extension Services endpoint.  DevOps is engaged and working on mitigating the issue.
