The company now delivers real-time key performance indicators to field users in a format they can understand – and via a range of desktop widgets and mobile devices.

Richard Johnstone, Director of Business Systems Solutions at DP World, will join us to share his story about putting performance information into the hands of the company's field staff – and the dividends it has paid for the company.
