Hi – This week we published out the eDiscovery Across SharePoint, Lync, Exchange, and Windows file shares Test Lab Guide.  This Test Lab Guide takes you through
building out the solution in the On-premises eDiscovery Flow Across SharePoint, Exchange, Lync and file shares poster.  The main components are:

  • An Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) domain controller (DC1)
  • A SQL Server 2012 (SQL1)
  • A SharePoint Server 2013 (SP1) (also hosts  the file share)
  • An Exchange Server 2013 (EX1)
  • A Lync Server 2013 (LYNC1)
  • Two Windows 8 Client machines (CLIENT1 and
    CLIENT2)


The eDiscovery solution sits on top of the Corpnet infrastructure and looks like this.
