The team is based in the United States, India, and Argentina. Prior to this job, he led a team that built internal applications for business groups. He also drove the Managed Source Initiative, centralizing and securing the Microsoft master source code repositories. Before coming to Microsoft, he worked for Ernst and Young as a management consultant. Ajay holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance.
