To kick off what I hope will become a regular feature on the SMS & MOM team blog, here are the new KB articles we published for the prior week.  Actually this first list goes back to the beginning of August so you can get caught up, but my goal going forward is to have a new list each week.  I know the Knowledge Base can be somewhat daunting at times considering that vast amount of data it contains but at least now you'll have a handy way to see what's new.
