ITMU and High CPU Usage During Scan Update

The product teams continue to work diligently on this issue.  They are getting close to root cause on this problem and more information will be coming soon.

In the short term, there is a new release of the wsusscan.cab file which has proven to help customers who are experiencing this issue.  In initial tests, we have seen the CPU spike drop drastically.
