According to a recent survey by ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), the UK's top five most creative and unusual business ideas are:

  • Dating service for the more mature person
  •  Pro-cycling team
  • Canine stationery
  • Space tourism
  • Male escort service

Alongside these creative and unusual business start-up ideas though, we are still apparentlya nation of shop-keepers at heart - 21% of the survey's respondents said that running a shop would be their dream business.
