Building a website - adding PayPal

Your website is not working to its full potential if it's just a two-dimensional advert for your company and your products (although that's a great start). When it's up and running, and attracting visitors, you can start selling from it easily and quickly.

PayPal is an online payment solution with industry-leading security. Adding PayPal to your website allows you to accept payments by credit and debit card, bank transfer and PayPal balance. You can sell single and multiple items, accept donations, recurring payments and even gift certificates.

Yorkshire-based company, Les Parfums d'Isabelle, retails hand-made natural and couture perfumes, and has integrated its Microsoft Office Live Small Business site with PayPal to accept online payments. Site operator Isabelle Gellé uses the PayPal payment option for each perfume she sells from her site. "More than 90 per cent of my [total] sales now come from online purchases made using PayPal," she says. You can read the full story here.
