Web gurus look towards its future

A little over fifteen years ago, the agreement to make use of the World Wide Web free of charge came into being.  From its origins as a means for scientists to exchange information, to the current explosion of user-generated content populating the majority of sites, the WWW is apparently still in its infancy.
