Returning to the topic of podcasting, here are 3 WMA audio tracks you may be interested in, produced by Microsoft in the States:

The podcasts (or "audiocasts" as they are named in my feed ;) ) are roughly 1 hour long and cover a good deal of territory.  The Outlook podcast, for example, explains how the application can be used to manage daily priorities and information, connect with other people, share a calendar and schedule tasks. 

My understanding is that iPods do not support the WMA file format, unlike the Zen, but you can use a software application to convert such files into MP3 (or simply listen to the tracks on Windows Media Player).
