In addition, our team of engineers are also available to help you upgrade to Office 365 ProPlus, to the Office 2016 version. Sign into https://fasttrack.office.com with your organization ID, click “Offers” in the navigation bar and then scroll down to “Request Assistance for Office 365” and complete the form ensuring you select “Office 365 ProPlus Upgrade Assistance to the Office 2016 version” option.

Support Corner Webcast: Office 365 Support & Recovery Assistant (SaRA)
When: January 26, 2016 @ 10:00am – 11:00am (PST) | This webcast introduces the Office 365 Support & Recovery Assistant (SaRA) which is an automated tool that can be run by Office 365 users on their machines to help troubleshoot common support issues, related to Outlook, Office Setup, Outlook Web App & Mobile devices. Presenter: Amir Haque is a Supportability Program Manager focusing on Exchange Client Access & Mobility scenarios. He has been working with Exchange Server for over 15 years. Most recently when we released Office 365 & Exchange Online, his main focus has been on the supportability of Client Access scenarios in online space. Amir analyzes common support issues for Exchange client access scenarios and then works with different product teams to improve customer experience in those scenarios. Since April last year, he has been working with the SaRA Team to help develop automated troubleshooting and recovery workflows for top support issues in Outlook, OWA & Mobile devices.

We’re starting off the New Year with new ways to work with Office! We’re improving the inking experience so writing and drawing with your finger, pen or stylus are more intuitive and powerful. We’re bringing PowerPoint Designer and Morph, available last month in Windows, to additional platforms. Also, Office 365 consumer subscribers with Macs can now get Office Insider builds for first access to new features.
Cloud PBX with Skype for Business - simplify communications in the cloud
With Skype for Business Cloud PBX (Private Branch Exchange), users can globally manage calls right within Office 365 and eliminate separate PBX systems for information workers. This provides users with access everywhere, so they can make, receive and transfer calls from mobiles, tablets and PCs from nearly anywhere with Internet access. It also provides consolidated management, so the Office 365 administration portal is the central location to manage users for communications, email and content.
Embed video throughout your intranet
A video message that is easy to find and easy to view will be more successful than one buried in the depths of one, two, three clicks away.
