[scom] The view could not be found. Your user role may not have permission to access the view

Hi,

if you get the following error in the SCOM console for every user that is not a SCOM administrator when trying to open  monitoring overview-> click on the computer Health in X state (critical,warning,healthy):
The view could not be found. Your user role may not have permission to access the view.

then this is currently by design.

The issue is present even if all the dashboards and views are selected for the user role to access. You can also go on the windows computer view and view without any errors the computers.

However if this affects directly your business I would suggest filing a bug per connect (free of charge):
