I cannot modify files in SFM / MAC share!

SFM / MAC shares created on Windows systems might show this strange issue; by now you must know the exact settings to look into. In case you still have this issue; read the following.

Any new MAC share we create on Windows box; carry an extra bit of security “READONLY”. This is in addition to any NTFS read only setting that may be already in place.

And the immediate solution is to remove this check box (screenshot below) after creating the MAC share.
