Expit, one of our System Center partners, has recently released a new version of their Service Manager – Project connector. This new version now also supports SCSM 2012 including support for release management and service request fulfillment which are new features in SCSM 2012.

With the introduction of release management in SCSM 2012 there is a great new opportunity to integrate the service desk teams and the development and project management teams into a unified project schedule. Having the project information be bi-directionally sync’d between Project and SCSM is a huge time saver.
