The deep breath before the plunge...
I've been with Microsoft for nearly 9 years now & am without doubt, the 2nd least technical person here. I don't know who is the least technical person but the thought that there's someone out there is what keeps me coming back. And this makes me the ideal person to talk about SBS as I represent that vast swathe of small businesses who don't want to know about IT, they just want a solution.
So this blog will be looking at the world through that lens - for IT resellers, consultants, SBSCs & anyone else making a living in this space. Much will be just random thoughts & ideas, with the occasional proper piece of information thrown in.
