TechNet flash update for Kiwi Developers TechEd tickets on sale
Last week you got to see a teaser of just some of the featured speakers who’ll be at TechEd this year. Everyone who already has their ticket is gearing up for the huge list of industry experts and leaders who are speaking this year. A recent third Keynote, Dr Michelle Dickinson, has just been announced adding to the already awesome line-up of James Whittaker and Steven Martin. Michelle has something fascinating to share and we’ve already received a huge amount of interest in her topic! There’s just four weeks to go now and some tickets are still available for your chance to see these industry leaders in the flesh. The expert delivered technical sessions are another top reason our ticket holders are excited. There’s over 140 sessions that can be slotted into customized calendars and synced with your devices. Plus, there’s also handpicked online courses from MVA to compliment most sessions so all ticket holders will receive the best suggestions of world class learning for free! The most popular sessions are already filling up fast with those who’re getting in early. There’s a tonne of other carefully crafted learning organized too. Delegates can make the most of their ticket by complementing their sessions with their choice of six Exam Cram sessions on Tuesday 9 September, which will cover everything from Office 365 to SQL Server to PowerShell. Numbers are limited so you’ll want to get your hands on a ticket quick to reserve your place. Equally as exciting are the exclusive Virtual Hands on Labs. There are 25 of these technical labs that offer a step-by-step learning guide through tasks in a preconfigured virtual environment. Luckily there’s loads of stuff a ticket to TechEd will get you to refuel your knowledge bank too! There will be delicious Pride & Joy ice cream as well as chances to mingle and network! There will be loads of networking time at TechLive where after the Keynote The Black Seeds will be taking over the main stage. You'll also get online access to the profiles of speakers, Microsoft staff and fellow delegates. Ladies are also invited to a networking event at the Women in Technology evening on the 10th with the opportunity to hear from CEOs Jacki Johnson (IAG) and Frances Valintine (Founder of The Mind Lab) and also from Technical Evangelist, Jessica DeVita. Outside of the main event, TechEd ticket holders are sought out to volunteer their skills and take a step up in their personal and professional development with the High Tech Youth Network. Don’t be the one who misses out this year. There are still some tickets left so make sure one of them has your name on it! You can buy your ticket to TechEd 2014 here. Only four weeks to go! See you there.
