First things first. What is a Practice Accelerator? It is an online, interactive training that provides managed partners with Microsoft Consulting Services-defined deployment best practices and guidance, to help you grow profitable businesses around a specific Microsoft solution. Microsoft Practice Accelerator provides a set of reusable tools and deployment best practices to help you accelerate time to market, increase customer wins and retention, and improve delivery quality through proven guidance.

 

There are currently two Practice Accelerator offerings available:

  • Data Center Infrastructure and Management – designed for technical specialists deploying solutions based on Windows Server 2012, Microsoft System Center 2012, and Microsoft Azure. Learn to quickly design and implement a virtualization platform that provides a solid foundation for IT development, and the foundation for private cloud solutions.
  • Microsoft Office 365 for SMB – this is the newest Practice Accelerator. It helps you learn the fundamental deployment principles and processes that lead to repeatable deployments of Office 365 for small and medium business (SMB) customers. Also review new features and tools provided for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Yammer, and Lync Online deployments and migrations.
