We are excited to announce our upcoming Office 365 support webcast. In this session we will cover Lync Sign-in. The Lync Online Sign-in Guided walkthrough (https://aka.ms/LyncSignIn) offers admins a customized approach to solving Lync Online sign-in issues. The walkthrough is based on a detailed analysis of Microsoft Support cases over the last nine months. The walkthrough will guide you through troubleshooting and configuration questions that are specific to your situation. Basic issues are covered including network setup and client versions, as well as more complex tasks such as DNS settings for a hybrid deployment setup.
