Our friends over at the Windows Phone Dev Center posted a great article last week titles “How to create your first app for Windows Phone”.  For anyone thinking about building a Windows Phone app for the first time, this is a quick and easy way to get started.

This topic provides step-by-step instructions to help you create your first app for Windows Phone. You’re going to create a basic web browser. This simple app lets the user enter a URL, and then loads the web page when the user clicks the Go button.
