[Troubleshooting] Eventos 1046 e 7023 após migrar DHCP para Windows 2008

Após tentar migrar um servidor DHCP de um Windows 2003 para o Windows 2008, o seguinte evento pode ser gerado.

Event ID: 1046
Description: The DHCP/BINL service on the local machine, belonging to the Windows Administrative domain domain, has determined that it is not authorized to start. It has stopped servicing clients. The following are some possible reasons for this: This machine is part of a directory service enterprise and is not authorized in the same domain. (See help on the DHCP Service Management Tool for additional information)

A solução adotada para este erro é acessar o ADSIEdit.msc, e remover o registro referente ao servidor novo (“CNF:<GUID>,CN=NetServices,CN=Services,CN=Configuration, domain”). Depois reinstalar o DHCP. Outras informações em https://support.microsoft.com/kb/938456/en-us.

Em seguida, ao tentar acessar a console aparece a mensagem “The DHCP Server service terminated with the following error: The system cannot find the file specified.”, e gera o erro 7023 no Event Viewer. A solução é, após reinstalar o DHCP, exportar/importar as configurações por NETSH, conforme o artigo https://support.microsoft.com/kb/962355.
