The Launch of the “Building Clouds” blog

Managing a fully functional, automated, and efficient cloud environment is a dream scenario for nearly every IT pro, but building that environment can be pretty daunting.  The Building Clouds blog is intended to help IT Pros navigate these common barriers by providing a technically detailed look at how they can build and maintain an enterprise-grade cloud environment.

On this blog you’ll find some things that are really different.

First, you’ll get step-by-step overviews and how-to’s in the form of demo videos, scripts, tutorials, and more from the world’s leading experts and implementers of Windows Server & System Center (WSSC).  Second, this blog will focus on real life scenarios and help you make the most out of WSSC components and features (and how to build real-world solutions with them).

The team writing this blog are a collection of WSSC engineers and field implementers who are actively working with enterprise deployments out in the field. This team is responsible for extensively implementing and supporting WSSC deployments around the world, and collecting real-life feedback for the ongoing planning and design of future datacenter products/services.

The Building Clouds blog will introduce scenarios and tracks you can follow based on your interests (by using tag filters) and following your favorite writers. Our editorial team is also committed to making this blog a key forum for IT pros to ask questions and discuss emerging tools and technology. We will regularly incorporate your feedback and address your questions on future posts and demo videos.
