Understanding the Microsoft Private Cloud Whitepaper by Kristian Nese
If you haven’t read any of Kristian Nese’s work, then you’re in for a treat! Kristian is a Microsoft MVP and an accomplished cloud computing professional who really groks the Microsoft cloud . Kristian has a unique ability to separate the wheat from the chaff and get to what’s important and interesting about cloud computing. He’s delivered many public talks on the subject and is a highly sought out speaker on cloud and the Microsoft cloud offerings.
Kristian has recently released a white paper that does an excellent job at explaining cloud computing and the infrastructure and management components that go into creating a Microsoft Private Cloud using System Center and Windows Server 2008 R2. If you’re new to private cloud, or new to the Microsoft Private Cloud, then I highly recommend that you read this white paper – it will provide you with a nice background and overview of many of the working parts of private cloud.
You can find out more information and a link to the download site (which is on Microsoft SkyDrive) in his blog post Understanding Microsoft Private Cloud - White paper.
Enjoy!
