Alerts showing in different language in SCOM

Issue:

SCOM Alerts in different language (non-English), even Agent's OS was installed on English with en-us language settings.

 

Solution:

Problem is related with OS (not SCOM).

[HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\International]

"Locale"="00000810"

[HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-19\Control Panel\International]

"Locale"="00000810"

[HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\Control Panel\International]

"Locale"="00000810"

810 is the number which does represent Italian;

.DEFAULT is the default account

S-1-5-19 is the SID of the local service account;

S-1-5-20 is the SID of the network service account

On affected agents set 00000409 instead of "00000810"/"00000xxx" and alerts will start to show up on English.
