Who : Frank Brown is a Senior Support Escalation Engineer with the Office 365 Exchange Messaging group based in Charlotte, NC.  He has been with Microsoft Customer Support Services for 14 years as part of the Windows Platform team supporting Networking and Small Business Server, and for the past several years has supported Exchange as part of the connector’s and Office 365 teams.  Frank has over 27 years of experience in the IT industry and prior to joining Microsoft, has worked as a Network Engineer, Consultant and Software Trainer.
