New Opalis KB Article: Opalis Monitor File objects fail and return "File monitor failed to start. Reason: Invalid input parameters" in Error Summary Text published data

Here's another Opalis Knowledge Base article for you.  I know this isn't Operations Manager specific but I thought some of you might enjoy seeing it anyway.  This one involves an issue where policies in Opalis Integration Server that use the Monitor File object fail to execute properly and return the following message in the Error Summary Text published data:

"File monitor failed to start. Reason: Invalid input parameters."

In addition, the following Opalis Platform Event may be captured:

"File monitor of folder "<folder path>" failed to start"
