The script is available for download from https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com//How-to-display-the-output-7526dbbe.  You can also use  Microsoft Script Browser for Windows PowerShell ISE to download the sample with one button click from within your scripting environment.

The sample code displays the statistical view of the HTTP sites hosted on the IIS ( on windows server 2008 or 2008 R2 ). It will display the IP address, PORT number, Website name. Website Identifier in the notepad txt file.
