Security Compliance Manager Baselines for Windows 8.1 and Server 2012 R2
I was recently working on a project using Security Compliance Manager (SCM) for Active Directory based on Windows Server 2012 R2. This baseline is not part of SCM v3.0 tool rather you have two options to download them:
An easy way is to open the SCM tool and select the option to "Download Microsoft baselines automatically" and select appropriate baselines or download them separately from the below links:

Once downloaded, you can import them into the SCM tool by clicking “Import a Microsoft baseline” option on the main page and then by clicking Add button and running through the wizard.
