If you're using the Microsoft Assessment and Planning (MAP) Toolkit version 5.0, you might be interested in the new 5.5 Beta. Although there is no new functionality related to Office 2010 assessment, the 5.5 beta supports easier migration to Windows Azure and SQL Azure, heterogeneous database discovery for SQL Server migration projects, Internet Explorer 8 upgrade assessment, and much more.
