Microsoft is sponsoring the Global Relationship Study as part of our ongoing efforts to stay in touch and improve satisfaction among our customers and partners. We invite you to participate in this study; your feedback will directly shape Microsoft's products and services both within NZ and globally, which in turn will help us meet your needs and help millions of users have a better experience.

You may ask "What does Microsoft do with this information? Do you change anything?" Amongest other things, feedback from previous surveys has helped to shape upcoming product releases such as Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2. We also use this feedback to inform our local initiatives in NZ, such as Tech.Ed. Between March 9 and April 17 you may receive an email invitation from IPSOS, our certified research vendor, with a link to an online customer satisfaction survey. If you utilise a spam filter, please adjust the settings to allow email from the domain@satisfaction.ipsos.com. This is a valid Microsoft survey. Please be assured that Microsoft and IPSOS will keep your information and responses to this survey strictly confidential in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
