Session 1: Deploying Hyper-V with RemoteFX & Dynamic Memory in Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1

Hyper-V introduced Dynamic Memory and RemoteFX in Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. In this session we'll take a look at how Dynamic Memory works behind the scenes, covering common questions such as memory balancing details, parent partition memory reserve and interaction of workloads with Dynamic Memory.
We will also cover RemoteFX, the new high-performance rich, local-like desktop environment delivered over the network, and help you understand how to prepare and plan for deployment and share guidance on scaling and capacity planning. Lastly we will explain how System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2008 R2 SP1 takes advantage of the new features of Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 including the impacts on placement, PRO and cluster over-commit.

Session 2: Office 365 for the IT Professional

In this session we will dig into the technical details behind the forthcoming Microsoft Office 365, which delivers the power of cloud productivity to businesses of all sizes. Office 365 combines the familiar Microsoft Office desktop suite with online versions of our next-generation communications and collaboration services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Lync Online.
We’ll compare the technical differences of the current BPOS offering vs. Office 365, focusing on new features, migration options, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), synchronisation and on-premises/cloud co-existence.
