Work Efficiencies - Part 2 - 9 Simple things

So after plowing through a ton of email, the next thing I do is follow 9 simple steps that I read sometime ago but was brought to my attention not so long as in Digg post.  I'll let you read the article, but summed up;

  1. Start with the hard stuff first
  2. Write down just 5 tasks to do each day
  3. Take a regular breather
  4. Cut-down on non-work activities during the day
  5. Keep a work journal
  6. Work fewer hours
  7. Disconnect yourself momentarily
  8. Mix it up - do different things during the week
  9. Keep motivating things in mind

I've been following these steps since the beginning of the year and with 2 product launches coming up this year, you can be sure I'm definitely going to be using them.
