Quick Contacts enable you to access and collaborate with your Lync Online contacts from the To-Do Bar in Outlook desktop application. To enable this feature, you must first set up your Lync Online account (see Lync Getting Started), and then connect your Office 365 account to your Outlook desktop application, see Connect Office 365 to your Outlook Desktop Application. When the connection process is completed, your Lync Online account is integrated into your Outlook desktop application. This integration enables various communication options, which include displaying your Lync Online contacts in Outlook's To-Do Bar. See Quick Contacts - Display Lync Online Contact Information in Your Outlook To-Do Bar - Grid User Post to read the complete article.
