Exchange Nodes being removed from DAG membership on VMWare ESX?

While working with one my customer realized that his exchange 2010 nodes were remove from DAG membership on on VMWare ESX.

Went through two blogs by John Marlin and Kevin Ledman from Core team and it seems really helpful.
