Since we debuted the Data & Analytics Partner blog series earlier this year, there has been a lot to talk about with regard to how customers can transform their data into intelligent action. At Build 2016, Microsoft announced new technologies and capabilities that will take data-driven solutions beyond analytics. And SQL Server 2016 is now generally available, providing a new platform for intelligent applications.
Resulting from these new products, technologies, and capabilities is a significant amount of new opportunity for partners in the data platform, advanced analytics, and business intelligence space. To help partners build new or expand existing practices that capitalize on that opportunity, we’re expanding our Data & Analytics Partner Community.
Take advantage of these community activities for partners with data platform, advanced analytics, and business intelligence practices.
If you’ve been following the Data & Analytics Partner Community blog series, you may have noticed some new contributors. It’s exciting to have more Microsoft technical subject-matter experts sharing their expertise, and we’ll continue to publish blog posts that explain the partner opportunity in this space and provide practice-building guidance.
Join the Data Platform and Advanced Analytics Partners group in the US Partner Community external Yammer network to connect with me, my colleagues, and other partners. Yammer is where we share just-in-time information about new product features and capabilities, new training offerings, and related news. You can also interact with us and other members of the community.
Starting in August, my colleagues and I will host a monthly call for the Data & Analytics Partner Community. These calls will be primarily technically focused, and cover topics, training, and resources that help you build your practice. We’ll publish blog posts aligned to the monthly call topics to round out your knowledge. More information about the call series will be available in our Yammer group and you can also sign up to be notified about the calls when we publish the schedule.
