Microsoft partner, Thuzi, helps its customer, Feld Entertainment—the largest family entertainment company in the world—enhance the fan experiences at their events through technology. These digital experiences utilize Windows 10, Surface Pro, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure.
“The Thuzi platform is amazing,” says Sam Gomez, Vice President of Digital Marketing at Feld Entertainment. “We have access to analytics we’ve never had before; we know which fans went to which sponsor and what photo activations they did. Really, it gives us more insight into our business.”
Adam Sutton, Director of Attendee and Fan Experience at Thuzi, explains their approach to technology: “We turn live events into life events, creating these authentic, branded moments that are valuable for the fan and the brand. We build out a lot of custom native Windows 10 applications. On the back end, we’re using Visual Studio, building on .NET and a host of other Microsoft technologies.”
