According to IDC research, cloud-oriented partners experience, on average, 1.6x the gross profit and 2.4x faster growth than other partners. If you are a partner that serves SMB customers and interested in understanding how to capitalize on this opportunity and optimize your current business model to include cloud services, Cloud 1-2-3 Academy is for you.
Whether you are new to the cloud or have closed a few cloud deals already, Cloud 1-2-3 Academy will help you make decisions about your business model to help you maximize revenues in the long term.
Cloud 1-2-3 Academy objectives:
- Understand the impact of cloud adoption on your P&L statement and cash flow
- Develop a strategy to maximize your profit over the next four years
- Engineer your sales and marketing plan to build cloud sales capacity and achieve maximum ROI on your marketing investments

Attend in person and/or online
Cloud 1-2-3 Academy in-person events are coming to eight cities across the United States. You’ll learn from Microsoft cloud business experts via a financial model simulation that demonstrates the impact of your business decisions on your cash flow. At these events, we’ll also introduce the sales and marketing actions you need to take as a leader in your organization to drive towards a cloud-optimized business model. All participants receive a comprehensive financial model template, handbook, and exercise workbook. It is recommended that you also register to participate in the 6-week online series, which is complementary to the in-person events.
Even if you cannot join us for an in-person event, register for the 6-week online series, which has the same course objectives.
Courses listed below are on the Partner Learning Center. To register for these events, you must be a Microsoft partner. If you are not associated to your company’s Microsoft Partner Network profile , follow the steps here.
