Each month in the U.S. partner newsletter, our Microsoft Action Pack Subscription expert in the U.S., Julie Golding, delivers a message to Action Pack Solution Provider (SP) and Action Pack Development and Design (DD) subscribers, offering information about growth and engagement opportunities and tips for utilizing the benefits of the subscription.

imageAction Pack subscribers can get regular updates and links to Action Pack-relevant news on Virtual Partner Concierge.

January through March is the most common timeframe for Microsoft partners to renew their membership in the Microsoft Partner Network. As a member of the Microsoft Partner Network with an Action Pack subscription, you have two anniversary dates, each of which requires you to take action in the Partner Membership Center:

  • A date to renew your Microsoft Partner Network membership
  • A date to renew your Action Pack subscription

You’ll want to be aware of the dates for you to renew each of these two activities, to avoid an interruption of your benefits.

If you have questions about either of your anniversary dates, or need help with renewing your Partner Network membership or your Action Pack subscription, contact the Regional Service Center by phone at 800-MPNSOLVE (676-7658), by email at, or via chat.
