Community Night – September 2013

Over the last 12 months, I have delivered numerous events throughout South Africa, second to Windows 8 questions from the audiences, Office 365 has been one of the hottest topics discussed informally with attendees.

The questions have all centred around a few key concerns that many IT Professionals have, firstly how does O365 work in conjunction with my on-premise Exchange, how do I manage the various identities that I might have to cater for when stretching to the Public cloud, and how do I stage the move into O365 with the least impact to my business?

In September, Willem Malan from BUI will address these question and more, to assist IT Pro’s understand all the components that need to be considered when one is still in the Planning phase of a project. As well as get a view of practices once a customer is using O365.

The community night will take place on the 10th of September at the Microsoft Campus in Bryanston, it will be a 15:30 for 16:00 start, to finish at 17:30.

The agenda below is the guideline that will be used for the evening, however we would encourage audience interaction throughout to ensure all leave with a full understanding of the key components to O365. Ensuring that any questions/concerns you might have had with the offering are answered, either during the session or afterwards at the networking opportunity at 'The Office' ...

  3. Identity Management with O365 (ADFS)

As with every month, we will host this event via Lync for those that are not able to attend in person. You will find the recurring meeting invite attached at the bottom of the blog post here, this will save the date of the evening in your calendar until December 2013.
